Welcome to Navarun.com. We strive to ensure that your books reached to you in a perfect manner but in-case you find any fault in product we’ll ensure to exchange or made refund of the books you have ordered.
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or broken books under the following conditions:
1.1 Notification
You must notify us of the damaged or broken book within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via email at navarun.publication@gmail.com or by phone at +91-7383278599. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage or issue, and clear photographs of the damaged book.
1.2 Inspection
We will review your request and inspect the provided photographs. If the damage is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing defect or occurred during shipping, we will accept your return or exchange request.
1.3 Return or Exchange Options
Once your return or exchange request is accepted, you have the following options:
Return for Refund : We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the cost of shipping within 7 days once we recived the product.
Exchange : We will send you a replacement book, free of charge, and provide instructions for returning the damaged book.
2. Conditions for Returns
In addition to the conditions mentioned above, the following conditions apply to returns:
– The book must be in the same condition as when it was received.
– All original packaging, including any included accessories and inserts, must be included.
– Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of shipping the order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
– Books that are not in their original condition or have visible signs of use.
– Books returned without prior notification or outside the specified timeframe.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving and inspecting the returned book. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is the result of a damaged or broken book, you will send the product in next 3 days after accepting your return or exchange request through any preferable medium of courier and send us the courier details receipt We will cover the cost of return shipping and and reimburse the shipping amount to you.
